  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase such as an invoice or order confirmation.
  • Certain items such as customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return.

Return Time Frame

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days after your return request has been approved.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments depending on your preference.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Sale or clearance items may be considered final and not eligible for return.
